biggus, there's an "obvious" relevant short 2-word phrase in the grid - it's not that, but what goes *around* it, that I *think* needs highlighting?

Hi again, cranberryboat. I'm still staring, with no great result. I can find a shark, but I doubt that's it. When you say *around*, do you mean physically, on the ground, or in the grid?

biggus, have a look at 17 & 19 across, the two-word phrase is in them.

However, I wouldn't have got it without your earlier help: I was barking (or is that quacking?) up the wrong tree. Right forest, though.
