We have a tie for first place between ixion's

Reveal it...bobs your uncle!

and mattrom's

Even cruelly miscast, Evita was touching

Two smashing clues - ixion's def. is tighter with uncle(EM) being a totally fair DBE; some might question the anagrind "bobs".
Mattrom's wordplay is sublime with a letter selection juxtaposed on a nicely disguised anagram, but her def. is a bit looser.

In the final analysis it comes down to the smoothness of the surface read and here mattrom just pips it, Congratulations,
