Of course. Thanks. Looking at it too long.

These two clues have revealed to me somewhat how my mind works. In both cases, you had to break the answer word after the first letter. My mental process in breaking a word into two bits obviously requires each bit to have more than 1 letter, a minimum of two. I'll have to take this on board from now on. :-)

My sticking points/clues are ... anything that involves Spooner/Spoonerisms. I am also quite good at solving clues without understanding, fully, the answer!
