Thanks guys and thanks bbm2, very apt...I realise things are viewed differently from afar, but the independence campaign had nothing to do, or at least very little (imho) with anti-englishness or anti-anything , it was about people running their own affairs, sadly the fear tactics won through (though I'm gratified my city Glasgow, voted Yes) and many were cowed with nonsense about losing their pensions etc - hopefully the outcome will be more power the disenfranchised who are not part of the London/SE elite.
