Lots of interesting clues. Some with good surfaces that, I'm afraid, I didn't fully understand (e.g. icvotria @10 and BBM2 @11); several that I think would be worthy winners (e.g. rambler @15 and bobs mum @22), but my pick (if I am allowed one!) is:

Very nice Spoonerism icvotria and I  loved nosed BBM2. I tend to grimace when I see words in a clue like ugh as they're usually a sure sign of a poor anagram but not here; aristo @ 4.
