Twin Peaks- cup size? Sail too close to the wind (6,5)

Similar to last week, the number of entries was down from what I remember as the glory days of Clueless. Still there were some very fine offerings for what I think was a tricky answer to clue.

If I could award a special prize for chuptzah, it would go to AB for his post 6.

But the one that did it for me was Ginge’s neat subtractive anagram at post 19: A true or false statement may tie down characters of doubtful belief (6,5)
