Trying to fathom the logic of the following?

11 Across "Sets of rooms for English guys in portable dwelling" (8) - the answer has to be "TENAMENT" with "men" in "tent", but do we assume it's "a tent"?

12 Across "Ken's cigar app upset lot in America" (7,5) - I'm assuming "PARKING SPACE" is a Parking Lot in the USA?

Finally, 15 Across "Film pioneer's name for medium that is in draw (7).
OK, "Junior" was a film, but the rest of it?

No excuses for being thick! It helps in crosswords if (a) one spells the answers correctly and (b) one doesn't take a suggested answer if only the one is offered!
