Looks like I'm alone in still struggling with the bottom l.h. corner of this. 49a "State introduces a Liberal to replace New Democrat form of government" - I have ??A?I?IAN - and the only word that seems to fit is BRAZILIAN (and I tread with care!). And 45d "Clown needs a drink" C????would probably complete the whole thing for me. Can anyone help please?
