Does anyone know if the idioms " get away!" and "get along!" are interchangeable? Both meaning unlikely/i dont believe you.

Thanks for any help.

I have only ever heard "Get away!" used in this respect and Chambers shows "get along" as a different meaning

I have both used and heard "get along"in the same sense as "get away". Doesn't have to be right, though!
