None of the thematics - not very good at those.
Suspicion of what 10a & 21d are.

Need some help with the following then will brave the thematics:
(there could be a typo in some of definitions)

6d Disreputable chap keeping second rough bar in Glasgow (4) ???P

27 FEllows - Liam (Lia/r +M, millions).
6 Risp - Rip, with S inside - I'd need to check Chambers for the definitions.

29 Vigoro, a Ball game (VO, very ordinary and Igor, Russian)

I think 3 D was Konks, a fungal disease, but I can't remember my reasoning. (Conks means the same, but I maybe had the first K?)
