Haven't quite parsed it.

URTICARIA - Nettle rash

UR = old city
TI = Italian backed
CARIA = An ancient region of SW Asia Minor, south of the Maeander River and northwest of Lycia.

I think that's a case of possible answer first, parsing second. UR quite normal (no that's not a comment about you, syzzie) IT/TI fine, but Caria?? That's what Google's for, I suppose.

See post #2. The first 4 letters were obvious, but needed a parse for the rest.
I found Caria in my Canadian Oxford - no Google required.
