Hi, Charley the Monkey.
27 ac. is a French expression meaning "In hand" - starting with a word for a Buddhist priest, (1,4), and a synonym for "favoured" (2).
21 ac. is an old-fashioned instrument used to press clothes after they've been washed, and a synonym for "hack".
