Thank you both. Would never have got either of those, even if I had the O rather than A!

Tricky one, bazmay - ANNATTO is the more common variant, but ARNOTTO is also correct.

True but I had to make it fit!

Problem is that both fit (apart from the final O, of course).

Yes both fit, but I found that arnotto is from the Bixa orellana tree, a red dye. So now I have no idea which is correct...both obviously. A tantalising wait until next week me thinks
