If 25a is CAMPER, it seems to me a poorly constructed clue. Where is the indication of initial letters of Moira Parsons? What is the "apperently - on your property" about?

Can anyone make sense of it for me?

i agree with chris (22a is pretty ropey too) but it is gettable. i don't see manure at all.

Is the clue for 23d as given complete? It doesn't seem to be in correct English (can "mucky" be a noun?)
