I have all the clued answers apart from 37 down ( Fish following through tangle ( 4 ) ?r?? and all the unclued answers apart from 43 across ( ??n?o? ). I can make groups of three form the other nine so I assume that 43 across is what needs highlighting. Could somebody please confirm that.

I thought that I was steaming happily to the solution, but I cannot get the third group, other than knowing which positions they occupy. I can only see one answer to 1A but the two other entries have me stumped since I cannot see anything fitting either which shares the same link. Any hints, please?

I expect you do have the right answer for 1a (a strange word!) The 2 that go with it are in Bradfords if you have one.
Also if you have the "highlighted" word it can be any of the 3 sets.

Anyone know how the title relates to the theme?
