Can anyone explain please?
1. Find me in engine, as arranged - that avoids stress at the end of the line - FEMININE ENDING
2. Complete return of schoolwork, perhaps, after taking leave - CONGENITAL
3. State support raised for star - RIGEL

1 is an anagram.Female ending is a grammatical term that relates to the gender stress at the end of a word.
3 RI=rhode island=state =leg/support backwards

2. Conge is apparently the act of taking leave (new to me!) with latin (schoolwork) backward. Complete seems an odd definition of congenital
